I have been training with Hannah for the past 6 months and it’s changed my life!

I came to Hannah with no specific goals but knew I wanted to feel better every day and feel stronger. After spending lockdown working from home with minimal movement, I had started to feel very unfit and lethargic. I had minimal previous gym experience and wanted to feel confident in the ‘scary areas’ of the gym!

Hannah has given me incredible results, focusing on strength and fitness not just looks and weight. I lift weights I never thought I could touch. I feel stronger throughout the day and so much happier in my body. Working out has improved my focus, posture and even my skin. My energy levels have increased, I have more stamina and my posture has significantly improved. I feel so much happier and confident in myself.

Friends and family have noticed a massive improvement which makes me feel even better.

Hannah is so friendly and really understanding/flexible. She always tries to accommodate you when possible. I was very comfortable with her as soon as I met her and we have the best sessions whilst still pushing me to my max every time! Hannah is very patient and takes the time to explain each exercise even if we have done it several times before.

Having Hannah as a PT has been one of the best things I’ve ever done and I could not recommend her enough.
