"I started training with Hannah in August 2020. I decided to start training because I wanted to become a healthier person and get control of my weight as it has always been up and down. I love training with Hannah she makes me feel so relaxed and pushes me to achieve things in our PT sessions that I didn't think I would ever be able to do. One of the best things about training with Hannah is that she is always available to give you advice whether that be on your diet or your workouts, she is so flexible and works the PT sessions around you and your working week she takes the time to get to know all her clients to give it that extra personal touch.

I feel that training with Hannah has really changed my life and I feel motivated to stay healthy and keep working hard especially in the current lockdown when it would be easy for me to fall back into hold habits.
