I have been training with Hannah for the past 6 months and it’s changed my life!

I came to Hannah with no specific goals but knew I wanted to feel better every day and feel stronger. After spending lockdown working from home with minimal movement, I had started to feel very unfit and lethargic. I had minimal previous gym experience and wanted to feel confident in the ‘scary areas’ of the gym!

Hannah has given me incredible results, focusing on strength and fitness not just looks and weight. I lift weights I never thought I could touch. I feel stronger throughout the day and so much happier in my body. Working out has improved my focus, posture and even my skin. My energy levels have increased, I have more stamina and my posture has significantly improved. I feel so much happier and confident in myself.

Friends and family have noticed a massive improvement which makes me feel even better.

Hannah is so friendly and really understanding/flexible. She always tries to accommodate you when possible. I was very comfortable with her as soon as I met her and we have the best sessions whilst still pushing me to my max every time! Hannah is very patient and takes the time to explain each exercise even if we have done it several times before.

Having Hannah as a PT has been one of the best things I’ve ever done and I could not recommend her enough.

I joined PureGym to help me feel stronger and healthier, however having little experience in the gym I thought a personal trainer would be really helpful. Hannah was really approachable and helped me on day one. I felt really comfortable around her so I asked her to be my personal trainer.

Hannah is very patient, knowledgable and a great teacher. She has really listened to me throughout the past 3 months, and I can already feel and see the difference. Training with Hannah has provided me with a really good understanding of the equipment, the muscles they engage and the impact of improving my diet.

Hannah is great at knowing when to push me, but also really cares about me and my well-being. She has not only helped me feel stronger and healthier day to day, but she has also helped me gain confidence in the gym, and I feel empowered whilst following her clear and effective session plans.

Getting a personal trainer has been one of the best experiences. It’s helped me maintain my motivation for the gym, but Hannah has made it enjoyable. I would highly recommend Hannah, as not only is she an experienced and talented personal trainer, she is a joy to spend time with and I’m very grateful for her continued support!

“I decided to instruct a PT after losing a lot of self confidence, and motivation to exercise during the first lockdown. Immediately after the initial consultation with Hannah she made me feel better and was a very good listener. She was clear about what the plan would be like and how it would work and we were ready to go almost immediately. Hannah has been incredibly supportive through the pandemic and did everything she could to accommodate me, whether it be outdoor sessions with her (when allowed) or FaceTime sessions at home. She explains everything so clearly and getting form on point is actually the hardest bit! If there was something I would struggle with she’d be able to adapt the exercise immediately and think of something else to do. Our sessions would involve very hard work but also a lot of talking and laughing! It showed because after only 6 weeks I had dropped almost two dress sizes and could get back into my old clothes! Hannah is so easy to get on with which helps because she will push you to work hard! Loved every minute of my plan (I think 😉!)”

“I had the pleasure of having Hannah as my PT for a 3 month period recently. Having been one of those infrequent gym-goers who rarely used a machine let alone thought of touching weights (mostly due to being scared of getting things wrong and lacking confidence), within a few sessions with Hannah that fear vanished and my relationship with the gym transformed.
