TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please find below our Terms and Conditions of providing Personal Training service to clients, when contracted to Hannah Walker Fitness.

On subscribing to Hannah Walker Fitness you understand that Hannah Walker (The Trainer) operates on a pre-pay basis. All sessions must be paid for in advance via standing or D/D as agreed verbally in the consultation. Bookings will not be confirmed until payment has been received by the trainer. All sessions are non-refundable.

You must contact your trainer, Hannah Powell, directly to cancel or change booked sessions (even a free consultation) Failure to contact the trainer, Hannah Powell, directly and give at least 24 hours’ notice, will incur the full session charge.

By subscribing to/ joining Hannah Walker Fitness you understand that your training programme will last at least 3 months (90 days) and will finish 90 days after the date of subscribing/joining. Monthly payments will need to continue until this date. Sessions may continue after this date if agreed with the trainer, Hannah Walker.

Hannah Walker Fitness, requires that all answers in our Hannah Walker Fitness Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) (This can be downloaded as a Word Doc here or as a PDF here.) are correct and completed to the best of your knowledge. You understand that you need to inform your trainer to any changes in your health or any medical conditions.

Be aware that there are inherent risks in participating in an intense training programme, if you sustain any injury while participating in my programme you acknowledge that your trainer, Hannah Walker and Hannah Walker Fitness may not be held responsible, unless in the case of gross negligence or intentional acts of your trainer, Hannah Walker and Hannah Walker Fitness.

Please note if your are late to sessions, that the time cannot be added on to the scheduled session time (1 hour or ½ hour) you also understand that in the rare case your trainer, Hannah Powell is late, the session time will be extended.

It is requires that you need to attend sessions in a positive frame of mind and complete exercises to the best of your ability. Failure to do this will directly affect your progress and results of your programme.

You understand that the results of your Fitness programme are only guaranteed if you complete everything that is set in your training programme (including nutrition). If you do not complete the set tasks in your own time, you will not achieve the desired results. Hannah Walker and Hannah Walker Fitness will not be held responsible/ liable for you not achieving if this is the case.

In the unlikely event your trainer, Hannah Walker of Hannah Walker Fitness, is unable to continue with pre-paid sessions you will be entitled to a full refund for the amount of sessions purchased.

Hannah Walker is a self-employed, independent, freelance Personal Trainer. You understand subscribing to/ joining Hannah Walker Fitness, that this institutes a contract with Hannah Walker and Hannah Walker Fitness. You agree to the above terms and conditions, for the duration of your training with Hannah Walker your Personal Trainer.
