Hi, I’m Hannah Walker, your Personal Trainer in Nottingham, and I am here to help and support you on your fitness journey!

I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 8 years and for the last 18 months as a Mobile Personal Trainer, working with people who want to lose weight, get strong and build confidence.

I specialise in getting great results for all, striving for progress rather than perfection, aiming to have a completely realistic and balanced approach to fitness and making REAL lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes and fad diets that simply do not work!

We work together every step of the step of the way and I take pride in driving and supporting you to achieve your life goals.

I personally have transformed my own body, mind and especially confidence over the last few years so that I can now completely relate to you every step of the way.
